However, if we can be present with what is happening in our lives in the moment as it is unfolding something magical can happen. We may see for the first time what is truly happening to us, within us and around us.
This present moment awareness opens the door to other possibilities we may not have known or been aware of before. We may stop reacting and start responding skillfully-being more in a state of flow. We may then be able handle what comes our way with more grace and ease for the sake of our lives and for the others we share our lives with.
